Upon completion of your items construction an automatic email is immediately sent to your email address. This email contains a tracking number and the confirmation of the date when the item has officially shipped. If you don’t get this email, you can always get in touch with our customer service team for further confirmation and assistance. Be advised that in order to improve release speed some items may be shipped through regular mail and without tracking number.
