Monogramhub.com customer support team may email a customer in the event that an order was placed in an incorrect fashion. This include: incorrect information or missing personalization. 


These are some of the common activities that may generate an email from customer service:


· Unmatched amount of pendants versus the amount of names selected in your order. If you wish for a pendant to be left in blank you must specify this in the comment section of the checkout process.


· Incorrect amount of initials, the right amount of initials must be entered depending on the item. Be advised that the way you present your initials, will be the same exact way that it will be built. 


· No picture available: If for some reason your picture was not successfully uploaded in our system, our manufacturing team will place your order on hold. Simply email customer service at cs@monogramhub.com with the picture of your preference attached to it.


· If our system detects any mismatch with you payment information your order will be placed on hold and an email will be sent from customer service , this email will request for you to provide your preferred method of payment and let us know if you would like to proceed with the order.
